“City Vibras” acrylic on brick 2015 as part of the Santa Ana Community Artista Coalition. The award and grant winning multiple wall mural was broken down into sections. This portion of the mural is where I focused most of my work and lead but this entire project was a collaboration between all SACAC artists. I designed and painted a timeline that extends from the historic Train Depot of the early 1900s, through the Santora bldg, the old courthouse, the W.H. Spurgeon Bldg and the Water Tower. The entire mural design elements including the paletero and Asian laborers were worked on by other SACAC including myself. Located in the “Callejon del Beso” aka “Art Alley” between Main St and Bush St & 3rd St and La Cuatro.
